After six weeks travel this was the best hotel I stayed at, 12 floors, full of original design and character and staff that put great service first, I got a free upgrade to a junior suite, the room was large with a great view, lovely big bathroom and deep bath and high tech shower, also a super comfortable bed. The breakfast and restaurant food was very good and service always exemplary. The hotel is hidden away about 100m from the main sea promenade so can be tricky to find but its worth tracking down. Straight away the unorthodox design and layout grabs you like a film set, its quirky and stylish but so very comfortable. Its a great base for exploring, the library is within walking distance, the promenade good for a morning run. I was made exceptionally welcome, and genuinely didn't want to leave which is really the highest compliment I can pay to a hotel.

The room had a beautiful view of the sea and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean, plenty of hot water and the shower had good pressure.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, breakfast was standard but very good quality. Minor issues were always quickly resolved. Well recommended for staying over with family and little kids.

This is my fourth time here.The staff are very professional and friendly.Their response to any inconvenience is immediate .They take daily notes of our opinion.Special thanks to Christine and Nada in public relations , Marina and Haidy in Reception and Ramadan in the restaurant.

Since we arrived , everything was awesome and professional, Smooth and fast check in, we got free Upgrade to sea side view room, our special requests before Arrival were considered, All the staff are super friendly and dedicated (Staff on the main door, Receptionists speically christine many thanks for her warm Welcome to us, Housekeeping, Pool Area) Breakfast was tasty with many Varieties. Highly Recommended and absolutely would like to visit again.

The bed was comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff are very helpful and friendly and breakfast was tasty and varied. The location is very central and within walking distance of a lot of cafes, touristic places and the Corniche.
